Casey House is a 14 inpatient bed specialty hospital with community programming, including home care and outreach programs with a commitment to provide compassionate health care to people living with, and affected by, HIV/AIDS. The Redevelopment project includes a new build and renovation of a historically designated home for a total gross floor area of approximately 59,000 sq. ft.
ZW’s role was to provide full Project Management, from Block Schematic through to Occupancy. This project was a Build-Finance procurement model following the Infrastructure Ontario procurement method.
The building includes underground parking and LEED design.
