The new Mattawa General Hospital facility replaced the existing building (constructed in 1902) and consists of a 2-storey 40,000 sq. ft. facility located on 4 acres of land in a rural setting overlooking the river.

Construction began in January 2007, with substantial completion in June 2008. ZW provided full Project Management Services to this assignment, from Pre-Tender documentation and award, through to occupancy.
