Toronto’s Mount Sinai Hospital required additional space which prompted the fit-up of a 6-storey addition, and required the relocation of the Women’s and Infant’s Program. The project included approximately 92,994 sq. ft. of renovation, 135,537 sq. ft. of fit-up in the new shell, and 34,044 sq. ft. of renovation at the Ontario Power Generation Building. The six floors were built on top of the existing building and have added close to 130,000 sq. ft. to the hospital. ZW was hired to provide full Project Management services for the fit-up of the Woman and Infants Program as well as a 6-storey addition at Mount Sinai Hospital. Construction on this project started in 2011.
