The Premier Medical project is located on Innes Road in Orleans and is a 32,000 sq. ft. two-story Medical Clinic. The facility consists of examination rooms, waiting rooms, file rooms, and additional spaces regularly associated with a community clinic. The main floor is a walk-in clinic and has leasable space for a pharmacy; also incorporated is a family clinic. The lower level houses the Diagnostics and labs; complete with an MRI, ultrasound rooms, blood lab, and public café. The interconnected floor space connects the main ground floor with the level directly below. The second floor will house the Obstetrician/Gynecology clinic, as well as the Specialty clinic for endoscopy and colonoscopy. Each specialized area has a reception and waiting room area.

ZW was hired to provide full Construction Management services for this Lump Sum project; which consisted of the provision of estimating services, procurement of trades, site management, and various other responsibilities.
