Between 2000 and 2007, ZW assisted Carleton University in completing 17 separate new construction and renovation projects to expand and revitalize the campus. Many of the projects in this $250M program ran concurrently and on fast-tracked schedules. Leeds House was part of this revitalization.

This project consisted of a 400-bed residential facility. Each Floor offered a public area t.v. Lounge. The suites were a combination of 2 bed and 4 bed suites and the facility was fully furnished. The complex was completed within a year of construction start for the first occupant move-in for September 1st Labor Day Weekend

Extension of the Campus Tunnel System was required for this building along with a unique exterior tunnel entrance point for the campus.
