Construction Management Projects Update

ZW has started Construction Management on two new projects here in Ottawa. 130 Slater Street is a conversion of an office building to a new usable mixed-use residential structure. It will also boast underground parking, including spaces for bicycles and a commercial and residential entrance on Laurier Avenue West. 3030 St. Joseph will be an 18-storey, 211-unit mixed-use residential building that highlights a rooftop amenity area, underground parking for both vehicles and bicycles, and ground floor retail and commercial space.
